So, We Did a Thing

When Matt and I got married in 1999, we bought a little cottage near the College Hill neighborhood in our hometown. We lived at 15th & Wayne and every day as I would head to work or to the west side of town to run errands or take our girls somewhere, I would drive west on 15th through the historic Westboro neighborhood and admire the beautiful, grand homes that lined the streets. But there was one house, one amazing brick home on a corner on a hill that I swooned over day after day, year after year, no matter when or how often I passed it. And I never in a million years imagined ever walking into it, let alone purchasing it.

And yet, here we are. We did a thing. We purchased a ridiculous, magnificent, house on a hill in a time of wild, worldwide uncertainty, and we couldn’t be more excited (and maybe a little terrified).

So, welcome to Our Modern Manor. We invite you here into our space and our family as we make this beautiful estate our home.
